Warranty and Returns Agreement

At Visual Power, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@vslpwr.nl. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your request. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your items back to us.

Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty of 6 months days from the date of purchase. If you experience any defects or issues with your product within this time period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Please note that custom orders, final sale items, and products that have been altered or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.
